You are interacting with AI
Certain contact channels on this website — including chat widgets and the voice hotline — may be answered by an AI assistant. Users are informed at the start of each interaction. A human agent can be requested at any time.
Call recording & processing
Calls to our AI hotline are processed in real time to generate transcripts, responses, and — where explicitly consented to — recordings for quality and compliance purposes. Processing takes place within the EU/EEA and Switzerland.
Models & providers
Riveon uses a combination of its own infrastructure and selected third-party model providers. No customer voice or chat content is used to train foundation models without explicit, separate consent.
Human oversight
Decisions with legal or similarly significant effect on individuals are reviewed by a human. The AI assistant does not enter into binding contracts on behalf of Riveon AG.
Right to opt out
You can request to speak with a human, decline recording, or ask for your conversation data to be deleted at any time via our contact address listed above.
Synthetic content labelling
AI-generated voices are clearly identified as synthetic. Riveon does not impersonate real individuals and does not produce deceptive audio, image or video content.
